Job Description
Cambodia University of Technology and Science (CamTech) is a newly established private not-for-profit university established in 2021 with the vision to be a leading university in the fields of technology and science to guarantee Cambodia’s future prosperity. Currently, we are urgently looking for key talents to fill the following vacancies.
- Lecturer in Computer and Mobile Device Forensics
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Design, develop, and deliver undergraduate courses in Computer and Mobile Device Forensics.
- Teach topics such as forensic data acquisition, forensic analysis tools, file system analysis, mobile OS forensics (Android, iOS), and incident response.
- Conduct lab sessions using industry-standard tools
- Develop assessment tools and evaluate students through exams, assignments, case studies, and lab exercises.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in digital forensics and incorporate relevant case studies into the curriculum.
- Supervise student projects, theses, or capstones related to digital forensics or cybersecurity.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with digital forensic tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with forensic procedures for both computers and mobile devices.
- Experience teaching or training in an academic or professional setting (preferred).
- Excellent communication, instructional, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and promote an inclusive learning environment.
