Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Human Resource Officer
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage Staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing & hiring
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date & compliant with Cambodian Labor Law
- Investigate employee issues & conflicts & bring them to resolution
- Ensure the company comply with the Labor Law
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance & feedback to team
- Ensure the company policies are applied consistently
- Conduct performance & salary reviews
- Provide support and guidance to HR & Admin staff
- Provide counseling on company policies
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Maintain employee records (attendance, work performance,….)
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Other task assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
