Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Sale & Marketing
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Developing new sales opportunities
- Supervising representatives to ensure increased sales
- Establishing good rapport with customers
- Coordinate with hotel supervisor to help drive revenue
- Set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts
- Designing & implementing a strategic sales & marketing plan
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our business purpose
- Promoting the company image & products
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Control on all company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,…)
- Keep up to date with a digital marketing trend
- Arrange rental contract & property management contract with tenants
- Other job assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sale/Marketing/Business/Management or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve customers complaints effectively.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
