Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Receptionist
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Welcome and check-in guests, making a warm and professional first impression
- Kindly and promptly address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Use hotel management software for check-ins, check-outs, and guest information
Job Requirements
- Under graduate & fresh graduate is encouraged
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Willing to learn new thing & bear to work under pressure
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
