Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Hotel Supervisor (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Train new employees and conduct performance evaluations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
- Prepare and submit reports on hotel operations and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets and control expenses to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new guests.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of guest information and data.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of goods and services.
- Plan and organize special events and functions.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment for staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (rotate shift once a week)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints effectively.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to train and motivate staff.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
