Job Description
SUNRISE JAPAN HOSPITAL Phnom Penh (SJH) is seeking qualified applicants to work with our medical professionals. Our hospital has provided high-standard medical services through operations led by qualified overseas and local specialists. - Marketing Manager (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
- Managing and developing marketing campaigns
- Overseeing campaigns on social media.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
- Planning and organizing events.
- Building relationships between healthcare personnel and patients.
- Positioning the medical center’s products.
- Designing hospital brochures, flyers, and other advertising materials.
- Posting and editing content on the hospital’s website, and social media channels.
- Managing the team members and keep improving the team’s performance.
Job Requirements
Basic requirements:
- Preferably passionate about working in the healthcare field
- Excellent interpersonal skills, superb leadership, and communication abilities
- Solid knowledge of social media and web analytics
- Solid understanding of research techniques
- Passionate about working in a challenging environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Skill requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Sufficient computer proficiency is required
- Marketers must frequently use spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and email software applications
- Candidates should be able to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines
