Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Cargo Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure timely resolution and response to customers
- Follow up on the outstanding bookings & handle query resolution
- Record and report the performance of the designated set of Customers and that can help provide suitable recommendations on Service delivery wins or Service failures
- Ensure shipping documents are delivered on time
- Ensure integrity of data entered into the system
- Follow-up with the Operations team and other related parties for timely resolution of customer issues and queries and ensure that timely response is received by the customers
- Build strong relationship with customer, airlines and other concern parties.
- Assist manager to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Assist manager to conduct market research to get obtain new customers.
- Maintain accurate/updated customer profiles, pipeline, sales leads & sales activities (e.g. sales visit plans, sales visit report, and quotation).
- Responsible for manage cost calculations, and providing customers with best competitive quotations.
- Coordinate with operation team to accomplish the work required to close sales with quality delivered.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Follow up on new sales leads and referrals from agents and existing contacts.
- To comply with any other new assignment and duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Understanding air cargo industry/aviation market and mechanics of CAMBODIA trade
- Technical understanding of the various channels of distribution used in the CAMBODIA marketplace.
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint in particular) and Advanced organizing skills
- University degree (or tertiary equivalent) preferably with a logistics, sales and marketing or business discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in cargo sales, airline or related industry
- Knowledge and experience in the cargo/freight forwarding environment is a distinct advantage
- Proven success in building, maintaining and leading a team with sales and operation functions
- Established track record in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Strong people and problem-solving skill, Leads, embraces and adapts to constant change.
- Distinctive sales personality with passion for the airline industry and understanding of the segments of the travel and tourism industry.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, further language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, great interpersonal skills, and a pleasant, outgoing personality
