Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Warehouse Supervisor (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitoring stock accuracy overall WH branch
- Tracking stock movement report & Reconciliation report.
- Arrange schedule Daily, Weekly & Monthly stock count.
- Set up stock level and safety stock.
- Ensure SOP conduct follow company policy
- Familiar with FIFO & FEFO
- Problem solving with preventation action plan.
- Staff discipline.
- Monthly wh performance report.
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Minimize cost of delivery.
- Oversee the storage of goods to the right assigned bin location
- Expertize stock card & Bin location implementation
- Report stock damage, return, transfer to WH manager
- Make sure all operation equipment in warehouse are maintenance and repaired
- Familiar with system SAP or other warehosue management system APP
- Other task assign by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position at least 2 years
- Goods working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Goods in English both written and spoken
- Problem-solving skills.
