Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Accounting Manager (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, GAAP/IFRS, and company policies.
- Oversee internal and external audits, addressing findings and recommendations.
- Implement and monitor financial controls to minimize risks and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
- Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team to achieve high performance.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and operations teams to optimize financial processes.
- Act as a financial advisor to management on strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers and effective collection from customers to optimize cash flow.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounting function.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, or ACCA certification preferred).
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency Computer Skills, QuickBooks/SAP or other accounting systems
- Having Good Commands English
- Good analytical numerical skills
- Good Team building and communication skill/ flexibility
