Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- CEO's Secretary Assistant (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare Purchase Order follow management plan
- Prepare and update PO Report
- Follow up Shipment with Clearance & Logistic
- Request payment of oversea supplier
- Prepare meeting MC Chinese customer
- Prepare meeting schedule and Meeting minute report
- Other tasks assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance
- Supply Chin Management, or a related flied (Preferred)
- At least 2-3 year’s experience in filed
- Good team building skill
- Detail orientation and accuracy
- Computer skill, Quick Books/ SPA or other accounting system
- Problem solving skill/ idea initiation / Managing team work/ Design working flow / Procedure
- Ability to work within given deadline
- Having good commands English and Chinese
- Ability to mange confident date
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills in professional manner with effective and efficiency results
