Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Services Consultant
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- KEY RESULT AREAS
- Achieve Monthly Personal Membership Revenue Budget.
- Build up good relationship with client.
- Daily submitting personal sales activities report.
- Assist and solve member problem.
- Sales documentation complete on time.
- Daily sales activities (Calling drive, service call, Referral and etc)
- GENERAL
- Punctuality and tidiness on duty.
- Building good relationship with college and client.
- Daily Plan for new sale appointment, follow up, referral from member and service call.
- Check and inspection for club cleanliness and tidiness.
- Compulsory to attend all the Training provide by company
- Any other job/tasks are required by Service Manager/Recreation Manager.
- Greeting every client.
- PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA
- Achieving Monthly Membership Revenue.
- Development for Team Skill Set.
- Attendance and punctuality.
- Sales documentation complete on time.
- Always coordinate with superior for solution to overcome the obstacle of sales.
- Assist team mate for sales presentation while needed.

- 1 to 2 years
- Education / qualification
- Essential Job Skills
- Good local and English language skills.
- Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Well communication skill.

- Good knowledge of selling skill

- Physical Requirements
- Good health, physically fit. Excellent personal grooming & personal presentation.

- Be able to handling sales pressure, aggressive, positive thinking and fast learner.
- Communication / Interpersonal skills

- Good sales and communication skills required. & People oriented and result driven require. Interacts principally with colleagues and clients.
- Language Skills
- Deals or negotiate in local and English. Advantageous to be able to deal in additional languages.

- Proficiency in the role at required level.
- Knowledge of fitness & product.
- English language requirements met or exceeded.
