- HR Administrator
- Personnel Documents Management
- Manage all staff personnel documents both hardcopy and soft copies stored in google drive
- Ensure to keep confidentially and updated
- HR System Management
- Manage all employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Do the data entry of new staff, promotion, staff separation, staff dependent and others personal information update
- Work closely with the Sr.HR Coordinator for the contracts and documents to update into HR system according to the payroll timeline
- Manage employee leaves and attendance records and support employees to request leave through the online Employee Self Service (ESS)
- Compensation and Benefits
- Prepare 2 times payroll a month with other benefits on time with accuracy
- Prepare retirement savings and send it to KB Prasac bank and Head of Finance
- Coordinate retirement saving bank statements annually for all employees
- Calculate seniority payment and payout to staff according to the labor law
- Communicate in STAFF NEWS for payroll payout calendar
- Prepare finally payment for staff separation and other benefits according to the labor law
- Coordinate and pay child school allowance
- Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and organize staff parties, management retreat, assist HR Specialist for staff services award, and other events of the HR.
- Staff Insurance NSSF and Private Insurance
- Prepared monthly payment of NSSF and updated the staff list in the NSSF system according to the payroll.
- Facilitates Insurance claim and payment
- Act as liaison between staff and insurance company on all staff accidents and hospitalization
- Coordinator insurance contract renewal annually with a private insurance company
- Others
- Manage office supply to ensure it is available as needed
- Facilitate telephone payment and ensure that new staff are able to access organization existing plan
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of HR
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years related experience required.
- You are expected to be analytical, knowledgeable, and well- organised with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proven working experience in payroll and compensation
- Good communication
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good event organizing and multitasking abilities
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent team player and eager to learn new skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
