- Supervisor, Corporate Sales
- To Acquire and maintain corporate partners/clients including: Business Value Chain (Trade Loan) & Billers for adding into Amret App, Corporate business merchants (KHQR Merchant);
- support line manager to work with different stakeholders including; IT, Commercial and marketing, and business operation for any new/existing partnership service development/enhancement;
- Train or communicate to BMs and network staffs about partnership scope in order to boost awareness and increase transaction/performance;
- Support line manager to manage and follow up on all corporate partners’ transaction and performance;
- Build and manage corporate partner’s/clients portfolio to create and maintain great relationships;
- Provide great services to corporate partners/customers with good communication and ethics;
- Build great relationship with existing partners and prospects partners to ensure that the satisfaction level met;
- Build a strong team spirit and ensure a positive working environment;
- Provide coaching on sales skills and tactics to Corporate Sales Officer under supervision or assigned Salespeople in department and/or at branches to ensure that they are able to perform their roles and responsibilities effectively;
- Collect partner’s/customer feedbacks and competitor's information related to competitors’ evolution, market change and business trend and report to line manager and related stakeholders for improvement;
- Produce and anlayze report on partnership sales performance and challenges for reporting to line manager on a monthly basic;
- Participate in developing and improving reporting, sales guide and tactics, sales supporting tools and other relevant supporting tools with supervisors and respective stakeholders.
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing or related fields;
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in sales and marketing from Commercial Bank or Payment Service Provider or MDI/MFI;
- Minimum least 2 years’ experience in managerial role;
- Good banking products knowledge;
- Computer literacy;
- Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
