- Manager, Bancassurance
- Develop effective client referral target on bancassurance business partnership and guide to branch to meet target;
- Develop annual budget and mid-term projection on commission fee from bancassurance business partnership;
- Develop and enhance client referral sales strategy and communicate to the branches to ensure that client referral target achieved;
- Lead, support, and reinforce the implementation of client referral strategy or approaches to make sure all branches can achieve client referral target;
- Facilitate all meeting between AMRET and AIA in order to discuss, finalize and agree on products, services, client referral strategy and client referral campaigns…etc. before launching at Amret branches;
- Coordinate and work with AIA team closely to make sure report on client referral by branches produced and shared to branches weekly basis;
- Analyze bancassurance business partnership performance (number of client referral, number of set in force, conversion rate and annual premium collection) by branch and then take appropriate actions to ensure the targets achieved;
- Build a strong team spirit and ensure a positive working environment between AIA staff and Amret branch staff;
- Participate in supporting newly AIA Regional Sales Manager and Business Life Planner to improve their selling, communication and relationship skills;
- Ensure continuous improvement of staff capacity and manage career paths and expectations;
- Drive the implementation of Amret corporate culture and values, Amret+ culture including the code of conduct.
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and marketing within the commercial banking or financial sector;
- Experience in managerial role;
- Proven experience in life insurance industry is preferable
- Good in Microsoft Office;
- Good verbal and written communication both Khmer and English.
