- Manager, Institutional Relations
- Develops and prepares sales budget plans, guidelines, and sales pitches for targeted government institutions, and delivers professional presentations to corporate partners from government institutions;
- Take lead in approaching, presentation and negotiation with partners from government institution that could become biller in Amret Services/Product and ensure to meet or exceed the expected KPI;
- Coordination of different stakeholder’s department for any new/existing partnership service;
- Lead, support and strengthen the team capability under supervision to recruit and maintain all partner’s relationship;
- Train and communicate to HORs, BMs, and branches about partnership scope in order to boost awareness and increase performance;
- Manage, reinforce and follow up on all partner’s transaction and performance;
- Build and manage partner’s portfolio to create and maintain great relationships;
- Follow up and analyze on competitors’ evolution, market change and business trend to develop/review sale & marketing strategies to achieve annual sales targets;
- Analyse on partnership service performance and propose actions to improve and increase sales performance;
- Produce a quality reports after having analyzed the performance and product to line manager or management for improvement if any;
- Manage, solve problem/complaints and provide the superior customer services to customers’/partners in a timely manner;
- Participate in coaching newly assigned Managers and supervisors to improve their selling, leadership and management skills;
- Create an inspiring and collaborative work environment that enables others to excel.
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and marketing within the commercial banking or financial sector;
- Proven experience in managerial role;
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with Government is a plus;
- Good in Microsoft Office;
- Good verbal and written communication both Khmer and English.
