Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Financial Planning and Analysis
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Support the finance manager to develop financial policies to ensure operational efficiency
- Analyse the management information, investigating major variances, highlighting key trends, and asking questions as appropriate where additional information is required.
- Review and evaluate for cost-reduction opportunities
- Provides analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
- Identify and measure key success drivers
- Monitor the cash inflow and cash outflow to ensure there is no insufficient cash
- Monitor bank and balance sheet reconciliation
- Oversee and control of the financial performance of the business with the approved budget
- Assist with financial forecasting, and modelling
- Assist manager to establish a timetable, developing data templates, business unit review / presentation packs, with plans, budgets, and financial forecast
- Ensure monthly and yearly tax calculations and declare tax to the General Department of Taxation correctly and minimize tax risks
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Liaise with Tax auditors to ensure the tax risk and exposure are minimized
- Liaise with other Stakeholder to ensure the rule and regulation is fully compliance
- Stays up to date about tax and compliance matters and share with the team
- Work with the non-finance managers to drive the budgeting process
- Lead and manage team under supervision
- Closely work with the information technology team for the appropriate finance and business intelligence tools of the business to ensure manual work is appropriately reduced or paperless.
