Job Description
Paint Labs Trading is proud to be a distributor of Jotun Paints, offering premium paint solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Our soon-to-launch showroom will be a hub for quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
- Sales Assistant
Job Responsibilities & Duties
Sales Support:
- Assist customers in selecting the right paint products and solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Khmer, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Promote products and upsell to contribute to sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-store.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Assist with organizing and managing inventory in the showroom.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and other required documents.
- Support showroom operations, including organizing displays and ensuring cleanliness.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in the paint or construction industry is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy (knowledge of inventory and POS systems is an advantage).
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
