We are looking for various positions as technical expert in Cambodia as follows:
- National Project Coordinator
- With the International Project Implementation Specialist, prepare annual work plans for the PIC that are to a high standard;
- With the International Project Implementation Specialist, effectively coordinate project implementation among ADB, MOWA EA, MOI EA, and MEF;
- Ensure that the PIC supports the achievement of contract awards and timely disbursement of project funds;
- Provide capacity building and technical support to PMU staff on ADB policies, guidelines, procedures, and reporting requirements;
- Monitor the progress against project implementation schedules and advise on corrective measures, as needed;
- Work closely with and supervise PIC consultants to ensure effective implementation;
- Prepare quarterly progress reports, project performance monitoring reports, safeguard monitoring reports, and gender action plan monitoring reports, and ensure high quality of these reports;
- Lead the preparation for ADB semiannual, mid-term, and final review missions;
- Ensure that social safeguards and environmental monitoring are conducted for the project; and
- Perform other project-related tasks required by the PMUs.
- A bachelor degree in international development, project management, management, or other relevant field, master’s degree preferred;
- 10 years of consultant team leader experience on ADB or other donor financed projects;
- At least 15 years of professional experience overall; (v) demonstrated skills in data analysis and preparation of technical and narrative reports;
- excellent written and oral English skills
