Resort Nurse for Koh Russey Resort

Nursing and Health Care:

• Medical Care: Provide first aid, emergency treatment, and routine medical services to guests and staff.
• Health & Wellness: Promote wellness through health checks, advice, and support for healthy living.
• Emergency Response: Lead medical response in emergencies and stabilize patients as needed.
• Record Maintenance: Keep accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
• Staff Training: Train staff on first aid, CPR, and health & safety procedures.
• Coordination: Work with external healthcare providers for advanced treatments or evacuations.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the resort.

HR and Administrative Support:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Help organize employee training programs and wellness initiatives.
• Support HR with scheduling, record keeping, and employee inquiries.
• Assist in employee leave management, tracking vacation, sick days, and other time-off requests.
