Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Customer Relations Officer
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet and direct visitors, answer phone inquiries, and handle complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
- Record and maintain information related to customer inquiries.
- Propose ideas for improving customer care.
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments with customers.
- Review the daily appointment schedule.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, monitor, analyze, and report on related issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience as a Customer Relations Officer or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using computer software and building management systems.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
