Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- MEP Technician
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct surveys of buildings to diagnose and repair mechanical systems.
- Perform maintenance tasks on electrical systems.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.
- Execute maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning, and repairing circuit breaker panels.
- Assist in setting up ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems, and conduct necessary repairs.
- Repair and adjust system components, or remove and replace defective parts.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure full functionality.
- Inspect alarm systems (fire and protection) and schedule necessary repairs.
- Perform related tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to resolve problems and queries efficiently and promptly.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer.
- Other combinations of applicable education, training, and experience that provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform effectively in the position may be considered.
