Job Description
Khmer Enterprise (KE) is hiring many positions to join our growing team and support Cambodia's entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- Community Facilitator
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, manage and coordinate field-based activities involving with community fisheries in (Kampot, Kep, Koh Kong and Preah Sihanouk)
- Facilitate and arrange field-based activities such as dissemination workshop, training, reporting, and other ad-hoc work when necessary
- Provide technical advice and general support on program implementation to community fisheries and other beneficiaries
- Liaise with local authorities, civil society, development partners and other relevant stakeholders on program implementation
- Communicate and facilitate with central project team to ensure smooth and timely program implementation
- Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in working with community fisheries in Kampot, Kep, Koh Kong and Preah Sihanouk
- Bachelor’s degree above natural resource management, environment, rural development related field.
- Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and, occasionally, irregular hours.
- Fluency in Khmer and working knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Preferably based in Koh Kong or Sihanoukville.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace

Term: Rolling 12 months contract with a probationary period of 3 months. The contract will be extendable based on satisfactory performance preceding the contract assessment.
