- F&B Attendant
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the cruise ship is preferable and/ or in same or similar position at any standard 4- or 5-star hotel
- Students from the Vocational Training in the sector of the Hospitality are strongly welcome
- Knowledge about guest service with good guest interaction and ability to handle the customer complaint
- Ability to work long hours when required and in a confined living environment
- Onboard language, English – is a (“MUST”) fluent English (spoken), good (written), and requires speaking English all the times with colleagues, Hotel Manager, and Customers when on duty
- Willingness to improve and learn new skills, follow instructions, and be a good team player
- Positive attitude and be honest to ask for assistance when interact with any challenges, willing to go extra miles.
