Job Description
Founded in 2007, GAEA Plc is a solid waste management company with operations across four provinces, including Siem Reap, Banteay MeanChey and Kampong Thom. Fast growth across all project sites has necessitated further company personnel expansion. In this context, GAEA is presently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic applicants for the following positions:
- Account Receivable (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Record daily cash collection, cash received from unearned revenue, cash count sheet, data confirm between Excel & NAV
- Issue cash daily cash receipt for Customer Service staffs to sign
- Barcode head of invoice to record un deposit fund, post, but not verify
- Post deposit to bank
- Reconciliation
- Deposit money (notes and cheques to the bank)
- Counting undeposit fund verified with reports
- Daily call to follow up customer default to push for collection
- Filling
- Head of invoice
- Cash receipt
- Cash counting
- Cash collection reports
Job Requirements
- University students or Bachelor degree in accounting or another related field
- One-year experience is preference
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office (Word and Excel) and Internet/Email
- Well organized, honest and highly committed.

- Work independence and self-management.
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills
- Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
