Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Generating different contracts and requests for proposals.
- Providing site inspections to guests.
- Preparing and organizing sales trips, trade shows, Key events, Fam Trips, for the Managers.
- Answering all incoming phone calls and inquiries and assigning them to the individual managers.
- Database Management and mailing.
- Handling client correspondence.
- Handling the Purchase Orders system.
- In charge of Sales give away requests + stock take + stationery.
Job Requirements
- Male/Female
- At least a high school level and a Bachelor
- At least 2 years’ proven sales experience in a 4-star international property
- Thorough knowledge of company products
- Fluent English writing and speaking
- Computer proficiency in MS office and Email
- knowledge of administration skills
- Prepare product for Sales Team
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related internal, sales volume, and others
- Creative idea to develop new customers, retailers, wholesalers…….etc
- Help in seeking new customers and maintaining relationship with loyal customers
- Help the Sales Manager, Sales Executive schedule for Sales Calls
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to stay back during busy periods
- Knowledge of E-Commerce is an advantage
