Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Train, lead, and supervise sales and Marketing staff.
- Build relationships with peers, business partners, and relevant customers.
- Develop a profile for each qualified account, and categorize these according to their estimated volume of business potential for the hotel.
- Develop an appropriate Sales Plan to accomplish the established goals and objectives.
- Meet and exceed the Room Revenue goals established for this position through a strategic and aggressive sales solicitation of rooms and meeting business from the corporate market.
- Update the Sales & Marketing Department about developments in the market, tourism, and hotel industry as well as competitors’ sales strategies.
- Propose appropriate action plans to counter competitive activities.
Job Requirements
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Good in written and spoken English
- Strong Leadership and problem-solving
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing operations
- Good Managerial skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
- Knowledgeable in the Hotel computer system
- Computer literate- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
