Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
- Project Manager - Food Safety
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, execute, and manage food safety projects from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in food safety.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on food safety or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Report writing and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good command of English language in speech and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
