Job Description

- Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the certification programs sector.
- Lead and manage the sales division to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the certification or compliance industry.
- Strong understanding of certification programs and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate sales division to achieve targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and related software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
