The Center for Health and Social Development (HSD) is a Cambodian non-profit organization established in 2012 to build on and extend the reach of high-quality health and social interventions. The organization has recently partnered with Khmer HIV/AIDS NGO Alliance (KHANA) and Cambodian Health Committee (CHC), to contribute to the effort of National TB Program (NTP), funded by USAID under the project’s name “Community Mobilization Initiative to end TB” (COMMIT-II) for 5 years. The COMMIT-II will strengthen the quality of TB services and develop an approach to contribute missing TB cases. HSD is looking for full time staff to fulfill the position of Program Coordinator (1ps), M&E Officer (1ps), Admin/Finance Officer (1ps), Admin/Finance Assistant (1ps) and project Field Assistant (5ps).
- Field Assistant (5 Positions)
- Make detail project activities plan with counterparts and ensure project implementation.
- Assist in field data collection at target areas and submit to M&E responsible person.
- Represent the organization at their responsible target areas.
- Provide feedback to their respective supervisors on an issue in counter at the field implementation.
- Seek advice on technical approach and budget requirements to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain monthly activities expenses compliance with policy
- Make sure cash advance with budget work plan and settlement expense with finance team.
- Conducted all event at target arears and make sure all expense by invoice.
- Good communicate with partner work PHD, OD, RH, HC and staffs.
- Perform other tasks requested by the central project team.
- Have medical background (especially in public health) is preferred (Bachelor or master degree).
- Minimum 1 years’ experiences in health-related project management
- Demonstrate experiences in providing strategic vision for public health project
- Experience in TB or Diabetes mellitus is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and strong tea, work spirit.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance.
- Ability to establish and build effective working relationships with partner’s stakeholders.
- Cambodian nationality is required with proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel within Cambodia.
