- Vice Campus Principal
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee the English language curriculum to align with national/international standards;
- Develop and implement effective teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes;
- Monitor and evaluate student performance in English through standardized assessments and data analysis;
- Promote interdisciplinary approaches that integrate English language skills across various subjects;
- Mentor, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback to English teachers;
- Conduct regular training and workshops to enhance faculty expertise in modern teaching strategies, including technology integration;
- Foster a collaborative learning environment for teachers to share best practices;
- Implement intervention programs for students struggling with English proficiency;
- Promote literacy programs, reading initiatives, and extracurricular activities to enhance English skills;
- Develop strategies to support English as a Second Language (ESL) and English Language Learners (ELL);
- Assist in school-wide policy development related to English language education;
- Collaborate with the Principal and other Vice Principals in managing school operations;
- Ensure compliance with academic accreditation and assessment requirements;
- Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and language development strategies;
- Organize English-language events, competitions, and activities to foster a strong language culture;
- Collaborate with external educational organizations for resources and partnerships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TEFL or related fields. Holding a master degree is appreciated;
- Experience in English language teaching and a leadership role;
- Strong pedagogical and curriculum development knowledge;
- Experience in teacher training and professional development;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in using educational technology for language instruction;
- Ability to analyze student data and implement evidence-based improvements;
- Visionary leadership in English language education;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for student success;
- Documented computer skills, computer literacy and technical skills;
- Commitment to continuous learning and innovation in education;
- Hard working and self-motivated person, friendly, positive attitude, energetic, mature, patient, and flexible honest, reliable, loyal, responsible, and very good team work;
- Willing to work with diversified international team.
