Our Cambodia Office is seeking for the qualified candidate to fill in the position below
- Technical Specialist for Programme Information
- Lead and handle an ongoing maintenance of Global Horizon system and the new roll out Global OIOS iMPAQ system in coordination with Area Programme and Technical Programme line management functions/staff
- Ensure the alignment between the business process and the Horizon and IMPAQ system among key functional team (APs, Finance, M&E, TPs and CESP) to meet deadline, especially WV Partnership deadline
- Develop integrated monitoring database for all TPs, CESP and Grant/PNS projects where data can be captured, managed and evaluated.
- Manage and handle an ongoing maintenance of national data management system (DMS)
- Conduct a national data analysis including Sponsorship funding and Grant/PNS funding for national data portfolio management and provide data visualization on appropriate system for use
- Provide technical support for programme/project information management system including the Horizon system, new IMPAQ system and internal Data Management system (DMS) that enables timely planning, reporting, budgeting and sponsorship management.
- Manage WVI-C information management database including knowledge management, data management system for all Technical Programmes/projects and Grant/PNS project reporting in timely manner.
- Coordinate the process to ensure the Horizon and IMPAQ data quality and strategic data needs for communication and decision-making.
- Build capacity to all relevant system users across the organization including Global Horizon system, Global IMPAQ system and Local Data Management System.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Data Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working with knowledge management and/or project management information systems
- Experience in complex data analysis process
- Online data visualization for all level of audiences
- Experience in training or facilitating workshops
- Ability to work with accuracy under time constraints and pressure
- Must be highly motivated and work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of database management, information management, and systems administration.
- Good team orientation, cooperation, accountability, and commitment to work delivery.
- Good English and Khmer communication in both speaking and writing
- Required to travel to field at least 5 - 10%
