Our Cambodia Office is seeking for the qualified candidate to fill in the position below
- Sponsorship Intern
- Review the quality of Sponsorship correspondences (likewise IL, CRL, FL, GN, SV, and TYL) and translate them in English into Horizon Hope
- Check the quality of child media (CGV/CGP and CUP/CUV) then upload them into the system – HOPE with the timeframe
- Update and enter child data of child monitoring as regular basic per its data nature (child presence, child participation, Education, Health, and Family)
- Review the quality of the Child Expression Worksheet (CEW), especially the translated ones by the translation company.
- Assist in packaging, sending, and delivering child sponsorship items to NO and filing any documents properly per required.
- Check the data quality on the spot with relevant stakeholders (child, family and community)
- Assist AP Sponsorship Coordinator in delivering and building capacity to Community Key Partners and/or volunteers.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- University student / fresh graduate; Information Technology major is preferred
- Intermediate level English knowledge in writing
- Knowledge of administrative or customer service work is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word &Excel)
- Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks under a specific turn-around time
