  • HR Supervisor (2 Positions)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Employee Relations Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
  • Mediate disputes between staff and management, providing solutions that align with company policies.
  • Policy Communication and Implementation
  • Ensure employees are informed about workplace policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies to improve the work environment.
  • Compliance and Legal Support
  • Ensure all staff relations practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations issues and investigations.
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Investigate workplace issues and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions or resolutions.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict management.
  • Employee Engagement and Well-being
  • Organize programs and activities to boost employee morale and engagement.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend initiatives to improve workplace culture.
  • Performance Management Support
  • Assist in developing performance management strategies to support employee growth.
  • Guide managers on handling performance-related conversations and feedback.
  • Training and Development
  • Facilitate training sessions on workplace relations, conflict resolution, and company policies.
  • Handle payroll, benefits, and employee
Job Requirements
  • Age : 25 - 30 Years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
