- ទទួលបានការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញមើលថែកុមារ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារជាមួយកុមារតូច យ៉ាងតិច ១២ខែ
- មានចំណេះដឹងភាសាខ្មែរអាចសរសេរ និងទំនាក់ទំនងបានល្អប្រសើរ
- យមានចំណេះដឹងលើការអភិវឌ្ឍ តាមវ័យរបស់កុមារ
- មានអាកប្បកិរិយា និងទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ រួសរាយរាក់ទាក់ ព្រមទាំងមានទំនួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់
- មានភាពអំណត់ក្នុងការងារ គោរពពេលវេលា សុភាពរាបសា
- មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ និងអាចធ្វើការជាក្រុម
- មានសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់ និងមានភាពស្និតស្នាលជាមួយកុមារតូចៗ
- មានការយល់ដឹងទូលំទូលាយពីចក្ខុវិស័យ បេសកកម្ម ទិសដៅ និងគោលការណ៍របស់ស្ថាប័ន
