WESTLINE EDUCATION GROUP CO., LTD. (WEG) is committed to being the leading education provider in Southeast Asia. Today, WEG runs The Westline Schools and The Northline School, which provide K-12 education using the Royal Government of Cambodia’s curriculum and English education. The group also manages the Educational Development Institute (EDI) offering education and business training, consultancy, and research aiming to improve the capacity of educators, managers, and young entrepreneurs in Cambodia. WESTLINE EDUCATION GROUP CO., LTD is looking for qualified, committed, and experienced candidates to fill the following position.
- Academic Director (KAP) (1 Position)
- Master’s degree in educational administration, Educational Leadership or Curriculum and Instruction
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
- Experience in program and curriculum development.
- Minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience.
- Good knowledge of Cambodian education especially private sector.
- Good command of spoken and written Khmer & English.
- Good knowledge of child development and teaching methods.
- Knowledge of best practices and research in curriculum, assessment, and instruction.
- Knowledge of company and academic program policies regarding curriculum and instruction.
- Knowledge of program evaluation and Cambodia labor Law.
- Strong public speaking skills.
- Good command computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Internet and Email) and good knowledge of Education technology, ICT.
- Facilitation, presentation, problem solving, interpersonal and mediation skills.
- Being a great team facilitator and ability to work with diverse curricular subject areas.
- Self-managed, self- motivated and highly responsible.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, trustworthily, and collaboratively.
- High level of diplomacy and confidentiality required.
