Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Online Sales (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via voice messaging and phone calls
- Follow up with customers on Messager, Telegram and other social media to ensure the high conversion rate
- Explain our service and product to the customers
- Schedule of customer booking to Google Calendar
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Has confidence in Sales and responsibility on jobs
- Can work under pressure
- Friendly, kindly, and has a good communication with team work.
- Proven experience in online sales, tele sale, or a related field
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media, and sales management software.
