Job Description

In 2022, Crestar Education Group officially entered the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in August 2024, we are proud to launch our first overseas international school, TG International School, as well as Kinderland International Preschool, in Phnom Penh.
- High School Math & Science Teacher (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Teach students how to apply mathematical principles to solve problems, including equations, word problems, statistics, and binomials.
- Teach students the language of math.
- Create instructional resources for use in the classroom.
- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities.
- Plan and prepare well-structured, clearly presented lessons appropriate to the abilities of all students and the syllabus being taught
- prepare and deliver lessons to classes of different ages and abilities
- mark work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of pupils' progress and development
- research new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge, and devise and write new curriculum materials
- select and use a range of different learning resources and equipment, including podcasts and interactive whiteboards
- prepare pupils for qualifications and external examinations
- manage pupil behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and apply appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior
- communicate with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participate in departmental meetings, parents' event and whole-school training events.
- organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as outings, lunchtime clubs, social activities and sporting events.
- Assisting Supervisors / Heads in any projects or tasks in relation to school goals and objectives.
- Participating in all School events.
- Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Licensed Teacher in education with a specialization in Social Sciences field or equivalent.
- Minimum Teaching Experience:2 years of teaching experience
- Be able to teach ICGSE Program
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and solution-oriented
- Positive and professional outlook
- High sense of responsibility
- Thriving for excellence.
- Be honest, punctual, reliable, dynamic and creative person;
- Organizational skills with attention to details.
