- Regional Student Recruitment Manager
- Achieve the goal and target set by the department
- Recruitment strategies set up and implementation, including student recruitment and agent recruitment
- Provide training to recruitment agents and individual recruitment officers. Prepare materials including newsletter, presentation materials and other promotional material
- Establish, develop and expand agency network
- Meeting, communicating and updating all recruiting agents on a scheduled basis. Work closely with the agents and assist and guide them to recruit students to study at TAIE
- Provide a complete after-sale service to the school’s agency (Students’ feedback and agent follow up)
- Work with the admission office, assist the agency in preparing the students for their admission and registration
- Answering questions pertaining to recruitment, studies at TAIE, registration for admission, and other education-related enquiries
- Attending and organizing education fairs and seminars
- Build connections with the schools in the region and develop partnerships with the schools.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related fields with a minimum of five years of job-related work experience; Or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong knowledge in client base building
- Ability to make sales goals
- Excellent people skills and customer focus

- Fluent in one or more languages specified by the regions.
