Job Description
We are a dynamic start-up company specializing in interior furniture and material we are looking for a creative and versatile Junior Marketing Executive to join our team. - Junior Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Content Creation:
- Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal use.
- Create compelling visuals for promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop creative content that aligns with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Contribute ideas to promote products and services effectively.
- Monitor and analyze marketing trends to enhance campaign performance.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage social media platforms by posting content, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Event Support:
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events and workshops.
- Document events through photography and videography for future marketing use.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors when required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, interior design, or retail industries.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a must.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a start-up environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in content marketing and brand storytelling.
- Knowledge of design and material trends in the construction or interior industries.
