Job Description
QUANTUM ENDORPHINE DIGITAL CO., LTD (QED), Cambodia’s leading digital and communications agency, is looking for a talented CREATIVE PRODUCER to lead the production of high-quality design and video content for our clients. You will oversee static and motion designs, video scripts, storyboarding, and editing, ensuring deliverables align with client branding and deadlines. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage projects from concept to completion, mentor designers and video editors, and stay ahead of industry trends..

Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee the production of designs and videos for our clients, ensuring high quality and consistency across all deliverables;
- Produce static and motion designs for a variety of marketing materials, including social media, content and print collateral;
- Create video scripts, storyboards, and rough cuts, ensuring that the final product meets the client's expectations;
- Oversee the video editing process, ensuring that the final product is high quality and delivered on time;
- Works on creative briefs, proposals and various creative materials ;
- Works closely with the Graphic Designers, Accounts, Production, and PR teams under the supervision of the Business Director and Managing Director;
- Lead the creative team in ideating and executing video and design solutions that effectively communicate client messaging and branding across multiple platforms;
- Oversee the entire production process for both static, motion graphics, and videos from concept development to scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and final editing;
- Provide expert guidance and support to a team of designers and video editors, fostering an environment of creativity and continuous improvement;
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations;
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in technology, incorporating innovative techniques and tools into projects to keep the agency competitive;
- Serve as a key player in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating creative ideas and strategies;
- Lead and manage a team of designers and video editors, providing guidance, support and feedback to help them grow and develop;
- Other tasks depending on current needs.
Job Requirements
- Cambodian nationals only, must read and write Khmer language and handle Khmer fonts in designs;
- Reliable team player who is willing to learn, and to work with us on a long term basis, with the ability to work within tight deadlines;
- Candidates must have a good level of English;
- Strong portfolio of video and design work that demonstrates creativity and technical skill;
- Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a creative role;
- Experience managing a team of creative, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams;
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, as well as video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative content;
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, film, or a related field.
- Plus points for Director of Photography experience
