Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- PPM-DOTS Coordinator (2 Positions)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Under the supervision and support from the national PPM-DOTS coordinator, relevant partners, Provincial PPM-DOTS Coordinator is expected to coordinate the PPM-DOTS project implementation under the Global Fund support in a province (6ODs) with around 15 private healthcare providers during 2024-2026 and performs the following tasks:
- To collect and enter data related to PPM-DOTS project activities within the province into data management tool, which include number of presumptive Provide inputs to Program Manager for the weekly team meeting
- TB clients referred from private providers, number of people arrived at public health facilities, etc. and other relevant information;
- To communicate and build good relationship with private healthcare providers;
- To conduct the supportive visit and provide feedback to private healthcare providers about results of their referral;
- To liaise between public health facilities and private providers;
- To prepare PPM-DOTS reports on a timely basis;
- To attend workshops, trainings or conference as requested;
- To perform other tasks as required
