we’re looking for potential candidates very urgently to fulfil positions as below:
- Field Service Engineer Supervisor
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor Field Service Engineers.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to the team.
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate field coverage.
- Operational Oversight
- Develop and implement field service policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve service efficiency, response times, and quality.
- Ensure all service activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment required for field operations.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with sales managers to understand client needs and expectations.
- Review customer feedback and implement improvements where needed.
- Strategic Planning and Reporting
- Analyze service data and generate reports on team performance and service metrics.
- Develop strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets related to field operations, including travel, repairs, and staffing.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings or improve cost efficiency.
- Technical Oversight
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product advancements.
- Provide guidance on complex technical issues and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a field service engineering role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Proven experience managing teams in a technical field service environment.
- Technical Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
- Availability: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
- Hardworking, and honesty
- Good knowledge in English, computer applications MS office, Internet, Email
- Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline, strong Interpersonal skill
- Willing to work over time
