The Royal Government of Cambodia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Skills for Better Jobs Project (SBJ) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
- National Industry Coordination Consultant
The shortlisting criteria of qualification and experiences for the National Individual Consultant are following:
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership of projects that involve coordination of private sector/industry.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging with various stakeholders, in particular private sector entities, non-governmental organizations, and local communities, Cambodian industrial landscape, including key industries.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate different stakeholders to collaborate and find mutual benefits.
- At least a Bachelor's degree from a recognized higher education institution.
- Independent worker, proactive and dynamic with a results-driven approach.
- Experience working TVET, skill development, and social and economic development related issues is desirable.
- Good verbal and written English with experience in report writing.
- Experience with procurement and infrastructure investments is considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of computer software programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Power point and STATA is a plus.

The attention of interested consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, latest revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
