Leader Wind Energy (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is currently looking for dynamic and experienced candidate to fill up the vacancies to be based in Phnom Penh.
Leader Wind Energy (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leader Energy Group. LEADER ENERGY was founded in 1994 when its subsidiary signed the first IPP concession agreement in Cambodia with the State utility Electricite du Cambodge. In conjunction with the power project, we upgraded Phnom Penh’s transmission network capabilities to enable the distribution of power throughout the city. LEADER ENERGY has developed and acquired additional power and transmission projects in Cambodia as well as in Vietnam and Malaysia. Today we continue to fulfill our vision of building a balanced portfolio of generation technologies and geographical diversification in the high-growth markets of Southeast Asia in a safe, sustainable, and environmentally responsible manner.

- Supervisor – HR & Support Services
Employee Engagement:
- Leading employee engagement programs,
- Assisting with initiatives to enhance morale and motivation within the workforce,
- Coordinating team-building activities or social events to foster a positive work culture.
Training & Development:
- Identifying training needs and ensuring employees have access to relevant learning opportunities.
- Coordinating or organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development.
- Developing and maintaining a training calendar.
Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee concerns and conflicts, working to resolve disputes effectively.
- Ensuring a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
- Advising management on disciplinary actions and performance issues.
Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.
- Ensuring diversity is considered in recruitment and other HR processes.
- Supporting awareness campaigns or training related to DEI.
Legal Compliance:
- Government liaison
- Update/change company information to relevant institution/ministry as required by the law/regulations.
- Proper filing of all the updates of company information
- Register new company and obtain the QIP if required
- Keeping up to date with changes in labor, immigration, commercial and other related laws to ensure continued compliance.
- Assisting with policy communication and ensuring staff are aware of updates.
- Other duties as assigned by the superior.
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years experiences in the HR or legal field
- Good communication skill in English
- Knowledgeable in labor and other related laws
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong sense of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Demonstrate independence in performance of assigned tasks
- Occasional travel may be required for business trip.
