  • Customer Service Supervisor
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Take the extra smile to engage and welcome our customers.
  • Manage and oversee the customer services to make sure that they run smoothly.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Provide technical support, answer incoming call, inform customer and communicate any problems
  • Build up with customer relation and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
  • Ensure that our school service is provided with excellent service
  • Call new customers for visiting or services providing.
  • Call and alert the existing unpaid students to parents
  • Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestion.
  • Take leads in sales and assign the prospective customers to the dedicated service staffs
  • Proofread and double-check customer reports (Enrollments, Payments, complaints, Feedback...)
  • Manage the customer service Stock
  • Facilitate in school events such as PTC and Graduation Day
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Deputy Director, Director & Chairman.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Finance and Banking or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the education field preferred.
  • Experience in customer Service is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to persuade customers and close sale
  • Desire to learn and overcome new challenges.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, honest, reliable, loyal, responsible, and a strong team player.
  • Willing to work with a diverse international team.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
