- Customer Service Supervisor
- Take the extra smile to engage and welcome our customers.
- Manage and oversee the customer services to make sure that they run smoothly.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Provide technical support, answer incoming call, inform customer and communicate any problems
- Build up with customer relation and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Ensure that our school service is provided with excellent service
- Call new customers for visiting or services providing.
- Call and alert the existing unpaid students to parents
- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestion.
- Take leads in sales and assign the prospective customers to the dedicated service staffs
- Proofread and double-check customer reports (Enrollments, Payments, complaints, Feedback...)
- Manage the customer service Stock
- Facilitate in school events such as PTC and Graduation Day
- Perform other tasks assigned by Deputy Director, Director & Chairman.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Finance and Banking or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the education field preferred.
- Experience in customer Service is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to persuade customers and close sale
- Desire to learn and overcome new challenges.
- Hardworking, self-motivated, honest, reliable, loyal, responsible, and a strong team player.
- Willing to work with a diverse international team.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
