Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Warehouse Administrator
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Warehouse Operations:
- Assist to oversee and document day-to-day operations of the cold storage facility, including inbound and outbound logistics, handling In / Out, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with team member to ensure the warehouse to implement continuous improvement initiatives, day-to-day operations supported smoothly and effectively
- Inventory Management:
- Keep up to date for recording of inventory management.
- Follow and note strictly adherence to temperature control and quality assurance protocols to preserve the integrity of stored products.
- Record and maintain efficient inventory control systems to accurately track temperature all products.
- Day to day random of spot check to ensure minimize fraudulent case in warehouse cold storage.
- Maintains records of goods ordered and received and regular report of inventory movement.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately track, manage, and update inventory records, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- General Administrative, Compliance and HSES:
- Provide full administrative and human resource supports at warehouse to ensure the smooth daily operation
- Maintain historical and current attendant of operation team and the outsource service providers
- Assist for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing cold storage and temperature-controlled logistics.
- Ensure record and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents and ensure the well-being of warehouse personnel.
- Collaborate with team to optimize productivity and minimize risks.
- Inform all the team and related stakeholders to agree Safety & Occupational Health goals, in line with annual Environmental, Health & Safety Plan, or real time changes in safety performance.
- Document and keep record of incident reports, communication of investigation findings in line with client and or other stakeholder requirements.
- Filing and keeping all documents for operations at the warehouse
- Coordinate with suppliers such as outsource labour, utilities supplier and security guard company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent degree
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in similar capacity or positions; however, fresh graduated encourage to apply
- Computer skills in MS Office suite (particularly Excel); and inventory management software (i.e WMS)
- Good proficiency in both oral and written English;
- High integrity, hard worker, flexible and willing to take responsibility and accountability
