Job Description

Initially established in 1996 as a project of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, KHANA started operating as an NGO in 1997 and was officially registered as a local NGO in 2000. Since then, it has been operating as a linking organization (LO) of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, which is now known as the Frontline AIDS. KHANA is one of the leading non-governmental organizations in Cambodia that has made critical contributions to the national responses, such as HIV, TB, SRH, NCD, COVID-19, and other health and development related services to key, vulnerable, and underserved populations in Cambodia. KHANA’s work has been made possible through financial support from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria (GFATM), the USAID through TB-LON, the L’Initiatives, the Stop TB Partnership, the Gavi, and the Frontline AIDS.

KHANA is now seeking the qualified candidates to fulfil various positions at the field levels as shown below:

  • Field Vaccine Facilitators
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Coordinate and file documents at the field levels.
  • Support to coordinate and implement the workplan of the Gavi-funded project at the field levels.
  • Building communication with health facilities based, stakeholders, and other partners in the project area.
  • Mapping the underserved community and HC in the project area.
  • Supporting health facilities by monitoring monthly village-wise coverage and identifying missed children.
  • Mobilizing people and facilitating community events for assistance from government stakeholders/partners is needed.
Job Requirements
  • At least 1- year experience on project implementation and implementation
  • Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS power point and outlook.
  • Able to read and write English
  • Maintenance of a transparent and open workflow and reporting process
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to community for field work and monitoring visits
  • High level of commitment, especially when working under pressure
