Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Accountant
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for the management and verification of daily income and expenditure
- Verify the daily report of the store and confirm the timely collection of accounts receivable
- Responsible for collecting and reviewing original vouchers, ensuring the legality and accuracy of reimbursement procedures and original documents
- Responsible for registering cash and bank deposit journals and accurately entering them into the system, and preparing bank deposit balance adjustment tables on time
- Timely collect, bind, compile, and archive accounting vouchers, account books, reports, etc. for accounting file management work
- Cooperate with the office's financial management to compile statistics and summaries
- Develop a cash flow plan based on the company's development plan, including monthly plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in using computer (Word, Excel, Quickbook is a plus)
- Has Experience is priority
