Job Description
Kambujaya is currently recruiting a Senior Accountant with at least 5 years work experience – ideally within the real estate development or construction industries.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee accounting activities (sales, costs, cash management, P&L reporting, etc.).
- Oversee, analyze, and manage all accounting functions (A/R, A/P, G/L, fixed assets, cash collections/deposits, monthly closing, taxation, and others).
- Develop accounting processes – specifically creating internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvement of workflows.
- Administrate frequent financial reports –ensure proper recording of daily accounting entries and reconciliation of variances.
- Process data – compile information, analyze accounting data, and produce financial reports.
- Assist with the monitoring of inventory with Procurement/Stock.
Job Requirements
- Khmer National (preferred).
- Fluency in both English and Khmer (written & spoken).
- 4 years education at an accredited institution – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant Experience – Minimum 3 years of professional experience (ideally, this person should have prior experience working in a real estate development or construction company).
- Independent and able to work under minimal supervision — You’re expected to get stuff done on your own while also working with other members within the office team.
- Flexible, honest, and hard-working — We are looking for good people with the right attitude. You don’t have to know everything when you come in, but we want people who are eager to learn. We can help you get additional training and allow you to grow with us as the team continues to expand.
- Detailed, reliable and well organized — The team needs to be able to trust and depend on you to take care of your own area of expertise.

- Currently or willing to be based in Phnom Penh.
