Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Kindergarten Teacher
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Curriculum Planning and Delivery
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Utilize play-based learning techniques to foster curiosity and creativity.
- Child Supervision and Safety
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and hygienic environment for all children.
- Monitor children’s behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive interactions.
- Child Development and Assessment
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and areas for improvement.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Classroom Management
- Organize and maintain an engaging learning space with educational materials and resources.
- Encourage and model appropriate social behavior, fostering a cooperative atmosphere.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about children’s progress and any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program.
- Professional Development
- Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education through continuous learning and training.
- Promoting Well-Being and Inclusion
- Address the unique needs of each child, ensuring inclusivity and respect for diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience: Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery or preschool setting. Experience in creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Key Competencies:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain organized records.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
- Discretion:Handles sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proactive: Takes initiative to improve processes and support team members.
- Working Conditions:
- Typically, full-time hours, including mornings and afternoons, with occasional meetings or events outside regular hours.
- Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and engaging in physical activities with children.
- Lifting and carrying children or classroom materials as needed.
- Emotional Demands
- Managing young children’s behavior, addressing emotional needs, and fostering a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
- Health and Safety
- Adhering to health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for children and staff.
- Collaboration
- Working closely with teaching assistants, other educators, and administrative staff.
- Regular communication with parents and guardians.

- Participating in training sessions, workshops, and other development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
